Hello, I'm back. I have not posted to this blog for six years.....time flies when you are having fun!

I cannot fit six years worth of fun and photos in to one post, so I can place a few photos here and then I will try and work on one post for each year that I've missed!
The picture above was taken in 2016 (one of my favorites), on our cruise to the caribbean, we have gone on a cruise every year together since 2010, it is a very special time for Bill and I as we get to turn off our phones and say goodbye to the outside world!

This was in 2016 in Cozumel Mexico (My favorite place ever!), our first time Paddle Boarding, it was exhausting, but so fun,! Bill gave up first, but I was determined to get back up and try, try again!! I was proud of myself, although I did spend most of my time in the drink. We got to go "drift" snorkeling after this!

In 2015, while on Carnival Dream, the best port of call was Key West, because we got to go parasailing! It was exhilarating, this has to be one of my favorite excursions of all time!!!!!

The picture below is from Jamaica, 2014, I am not sure where exactly we were when this picture was taken, but since my hair looks so cute, I may as well upload it, ha!

We have also made a couple trips to the happiest places on earth (Walt Disney World and Disneyland), here is a preview for those posts:

I will elaborate the who, where and whys on future posts 💝 I am excited to once again have my blog updated! Thank you to my wonderful husband, without him I would not be able to go on these adventures, and there is no one I would rather go with!!!

Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico was my favorite part of the whole vacation this trip. It has a rainforest, so it was very humid. I love being hot!! We went to El Morro and Downtown San Juan. I loved learning the history of PR at El Morro. We also went to Barrachina Restaraunt, twice. Most people speak Spanish and English fluently and switch back and forth with no problems. Except for the taxi driver who thought we said "Royal Caribbean" instead of "Caribe Hilton" which was the name of our hotel. This lead to an unnecesary ride to the port. Oh well. Our second day there we spent all day in El Morro and took tons of pictures! Then we lost our camera in the taxi ride home. No worries, there was a best buy on San Juan, so problem solved. We would go back to PR in a heartbeat! Really want to do the Rainforest and bioluminescent bay! Anyone want to come?

Triangular staircase, very TALL steps!

We always need one "toes and sand" pic

Just relaxin', love the humidity, sun and our umbrella!

Crash!

Downtown San Juan, looking for stray kittes :)

My new house

Love the tall doors and windows, simply stunning

El Morro Fort, this is where the Spanish kept pirates and other countries out of PR! (at least until the Americans came)

The flag on the left is a historic spanish military flag.

La Perla is straight ahead. I guess you never want to go there! It looks ok from here.

The walls of the El Morro are 18' thick!

Go Diego, Go!

Isabela Mae came to visit Tia Kimmy and Tio Bill for the weekend! We had way too much fun! Isabela is very smart, she notices everything. She is going to be some kind of scientist/engineer someday. She already can turn on my phone, unlock it and find the pictures. She loves taking everyones picture too and knows how to say cheese! When she looks at your picture she will say, "ooo, thats cute, I like it!". Our weekend started off on Friday, papi and abuela picked Isa up from her house in Silt and brought her to Montrose. Isa already remembered we had Diego on the TV, so we watched one episode. Then we went to the golf course to pick tio bill up. We got to eat at the Asii Thai house. Isa loved the egg rolls, probably because they have that yummy orange sauce! Abeula treated us to ice cream, thanks Buela!
Everywhere Isa goes she says HI! She makes friends with everyone and totally hammed it up at dairy queen! After buela and papi left to go to Tio Kyle's football game, we went to wal-mart to buy some groceries. Isa talked me into buying bio salud, I just figured it was juice so I thought, why not?! Later I would read further and found that it was probiotics and realized why Isa had more than one stinky, slimy PU! Lol.
Later, bubble bath, jammies, a few books, prayers and DIEGO! Then at last, sleepy time. zzz
Saturday we were on the move again! We have been planning for so long to go to the childrens museum to play dress up, etc. It was closed, boo! So we went to Petco, saw some fishies, birds and hamsters, it was fun! We went to my barbeque with friends from work. Isa was a hit at the party, she was a little shy with the kids, but thats ok, that means she played with me more. Dr Beek made some barbeque chicken and it made lots of smoke. Everytime there was smoke Isa would say, "look, HOT!". We came home to watch, you guessed it, more DIEGO. After a while tio and tia got tired of DIEGO and so we went to Russel Stover for candy and Blue Bell ice cream. Isa loved her strawberry. She told some ladies "HI, look at my button! (belly button)". We couldn't stop laughing. When we got home we tried to do anything but watch DIEGO, draw, read, play with toys, look at the flowers, bubble bath... But when we finally gave in to more DIEGO, Isa's eyes just lit up and she was so excited!
The next day Bella was ready to go home, she asked me, "where my xander is?". After hot dogs, juice and DIEGO :) we headed to Grand Junction. We went to Cafe Rio and Bella was so cute, she got a free strawberries and cream dessert from the nice lady there. Then Brandon, Stephanie and Xander came to pick up Izzy Mae at the mall. Bella was very happy, YAY. Thanks for spending the weekend with us Bella, we love you tooooo much!

mini vaca

I have had a blast with my hubby this weekend.
Saturday we drove up to Denver and went to the southwest plaza mall. We were able to stay with Bill's friend Jill and her family. Had a fun night with some chicken tacos and apples to apples. Then the nest morning we headed over to Jill's fav breakfast place, Snooze. I had some yummy peaches and cream french toast, but I'm not sure it was worth it, because we had to wait over an hour to be sat. After breakfast we walked around the 16th street mall and oktoberfest. Then it was off to the Rockies game, woo hoo! Too bad the rockies let the giants get like 8 runs in one inning. Oh well, I was able to eat some yummy raspberry gelato. After the game, we headed over to Ikea and spent about 3 hours there! Then finally got some real snooze time.
We are in Woodland park today and I am waiting for Bill to finish work...
Lovely couple days, exception: my sunburn!

Black sock lint

We have white carpet.
My husband only owns BLACK socks, the more they create toe lint, the better.
This lint then gets scattered all over the house.
It does not bother me, until I go to pick it up, and its a CRICKET!
aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh........
We need black carpet.
