We have white carpet.
My husband only owns BLACK socks, the more they create toe lint, the better.
This lint then gets scattered all over the house.
It does not bother me, until I go to pick it up, and its a CRICKET!
aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh........
We need black carpet.

I wouldn't even be able to identify a cricket from other black bugs. I am impressed! Did you really pick it up? And I think would rather have light carpet and get rid of it than have a cricket living in my black carpet. :D
